Advancing Mental Health, Neurodiversity & Somatic Approaches in Clinical & Organizational Spaces.

Strengthening the capacity to respond to internal and shared experience—shaping the systems we create and who we become.

Where this work takes shape

Higher Education Consulting

Supporting colleges, universities, and faculty in applying trauma-informed, system-level approaches to student well-being and campus response. Strengthens institutional capacity to respond effectively to student and community needs in real time through consulting, presentations, programming, and aligned policy and practice.

Mental Health & Trauma

Innovative presentations and resources that address mental health, stress, and the impacts of past experiences through both immediate regulation and underlying patterns of response. Builds the capacity to navigate the current moment while recognizing how past experiences shape present reactions, with practical tools for individuals and organizations.

Neurodiversity

Programming that explores key drivers of neurodivergence through an accessible, practical framework. Highlights how differences in sensory processing—common across roughly 20% of the population—shape experience, supporting greater understanding, validation, and more responsive engagement across clinical, educational, and workplace settings.

Programming grounded in the neurobiology of overwhelm, supporting clear and confident responses to suicide risk and crisis. Emphasizes creating safety through connection—building the capacity to respond to ourselves and others so that both can see and be seen.

  • Sara spoke on neurodiversity. The way she delivered the content was incredible. She created a safe space so that my employees could engage and receive the information. Employees stayed well after the presentation because they wanted more!"

—Denise Halliburton, Senior Business Partner, Invenergy, a leading clean energy company

  • "I had the opportunity to attend Sara’s workshop, "Utilizing a 4S Lens to Address Challenging Behaviors in the Classroom," which left a lasting impression on me.... Sara’s presentation, which integrated brain-body awareness and perspectives offered students practical tools for managing anxiety—particularly in high-stress situations..."

—Jennifer McGuire, Communications Faculty, Waubonsee Community College

  • "Sara addressed the intersection of building understanding and how financial aid departments can apply this to better serve neurodiverse students.

—Mary Greenwood, Inclusion Chair, Illinois Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators

  • "She thoughtfully translated to my neurotypical coworkers the ways in which neurodiverse people may experience the world into memorable metaphors. She creatively used elements of play to create a sense of psychological safety during her presentation, which allowed for open and honest communication. Sara was engaging, informative, and most of all, an advocate."

—Sophia Dossin, Regulatory Affairs Associate, Invenergy

  • "Programs/presentations like Sara’s, which blend education with informed techniques and performance-based outcomes, are incredibly valuable to our students. They not only support academic success but also promote emotional resilience and healthier patterns of intrapersonal communication."
