Consulting - Speaking - Writing

Rooted in community and clinical mental health, higher education counseling, and trauma-focused research, this work supports individuals and organizations through consulting, speaking, and published writing.

At its core is developing the capacity for individuals, teams, and systems to function as effective first responders to their own internal and shared experience—building the ability to recognize, interpret, and respond to what is happening in real time.

Available for presentations, workshops, trainings, and keynote speaking. Engagements also include research collaboration and select media conversations related to these areas.

The focus is on identifying system-level needs and translating them into practical, evidence-based approaches, informed by somatic and trauma research, to strengthen mental health, crisis response, and organizational functioning across higher education, industry, and community settings.

This work reflects an integrated model connecting research, lived systems, and applied practice—advancing health equity and shaping the systems that shape who we become.
